How to Hold a Grudge (While Folding Laundry)

with grace and aplomb.

Warm from the dryer, I buried my nose in the wrinkled percale.

So clean, bleachy, soft (if soft is a smell).

Then I wadded the sucker up and shoved it,

with zero grace (but loads of aplomb) onto the untidy shelf.
